Policies

By submitting a vehicle to First Class Auto Detailing for services, you agree to the following terms:

1. I release First Class Auto Detailing from any an all-liability claims arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, as a result of services performed.
2. I understand and agree that First Class Auto Detailing cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants (including, but not limited to, irremovable carpet or seat stains, irreversible paint defects, etc.) or odors.
3. I understand that First Class Auto Detailing will not, under any circumstances, apply any chemicals, cleaning materials, solvents or dressing to clutch, brake or accelerator pedals of my vehicle.
4. I release First Class Auto Detailing from any liability for any damage, visible or otherwise, prior to the vehicle being submitted for services and after the vehicle has been removed from the premises by the client.
5. I authorize First Class Auto Detailing to spend up to one (1) additional hour, billed at the regular hourly shop rate ($100), for any additional time spent on any quoted service, including, but not limited to, excessive pet hair removal, organic substance removal, off-road contamination, etc.
6. I certify that I am the registered owner or have full authority of the registered owner(s) of the vehicle being submitted to First Class Auto Detailing for services. First Class Auto Detailing cannot be held liable in the event an unauthorized individual submits a vehicle for services.
7. I agree to make payment for all services agreed upon, either orally or written, prior to my vehicle being released back to me. I authorize First Class Auto Detailing to withhold, detain, and issue a lien on my vehicle should I refuse to make payment for services rendered.
8. I agree that First Class Auto Detailing will not be held liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
